I'm probably just a heathen savage for not getting this, but these dreary, whispered, muted songs sound like the framework for an interesting, dread-filled dub album. Unfortunately, Aurelio Valle's slurred, mumbled vocals spoil the possibility of a bubbling, ominous instrumental record which would sound like nearly terminal insomnia - filled with shadows, startling noises and the yearning for anything resembling sleep.
