"Smash" CD (Epitaph)

This band hasn't changed much over the years. The sound on "Smash" is a little better than their debut, but as far as song writing goes, it's still quick, melodic punk rock. Adjectives like ferocious and hyperactive spring to mind when thinking about these vaguely "political" songs, but the topics focus more on societal problems than rhetoric. If you're feeling especially alienated at school or work or wherever, check out the anthemic title cut about defiance and rebellion. Then spend a few days laughing at anyone who tries to make you feel small. You'll feel better.
