"Physics" 7" (Dagon)

Black sleeve, black vinyl, black label. The songs aren't listed and the band probably thought using gray ink on the liner notes was selling out. Once you get past the packaging, you have to deal with the music. The spiffy layout and avant-garde-styled music don't sound or look like much that has come out of California in the past decade. This is closer to New Yawk noise merchants sculpting symphonies from guitar orchestras and found sounds. It's interesting, but I probably won't listen to it much.
