"Old Traditions, New Standards" CD (Harriet)

Former Crayons draw new pop pictures. Story at 11. ... Now for the real review. This is reconstructed from memory, since my word processor locked up and couldn't restore the file, but such is life. I had written something about dreamy, swooning pop music being present on this disc (witness "Josie) and goofiness ("Superboy & Supergirl"), and also that the best thing about this disc is the offhand lines the band throws into songs like "Sweet" ("Well, if stupid is as stupid does / Then I'm the stupid king"). Gimme more. Lots more.
