Extensive, intelligent interviews which provide nearly, if not totally, complete overviews of the musicians' careers. There's one minor problem though - some of the essays, especially "Indie-Rock And The Avant-Garde," read like a less entertaining version of Richard Meltzer or a third rate academic rock crit article. Feh. For avant-garde music though, this is the proverbial bomb.
